International Shipments

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • Bull City Flavors now offers shipping to most international locations.  We use a third party partner to calculate shipping, duties, and taxes allowing customers to see and pay all of the fees at the time of checkout. This streamlines the shipping process as packages are sent duties paid and ensures that customers will not have additional fees or taxes once their shipment arrives in their country.  You will see your country’s flag at the bottom right of your screen which is detected by your IP address.  You do have the ability to change the country by clicking on the flag and selecting your destination country.  Please note, this does not apply if the country flag selected is the United States as no duties and taxes will be collected even if you chose a shipping address outside of the United States.
  • Orders are typically processed within one business day, although in some circumstances this could take up to three business days.  Bull City Flavors does not guarantee delivery times. Orders ship from Morrisville, North Carolina.
  • For orders shipping outside the US, Bull City Flavors can ship food flavoring only at this time. We cannot not ship to PO boxes outside of the US.
  • Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping outside of the US, regardless of order size.
  • If a package is returned to Bull City Flavors, refunds may be issued for the products only, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • The customer is considered the importer of record and is responsible for abiding by and understanding the laws of their country.
  • Bull City Flavors will not alter or modify invoices or product labels. All items shipped must be declared.

Delayed, Damaged or Missing Shipments:  

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over it.  In the event of a problem please contact support@bullcityflavors.com and we can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Returns:

At Bull City Flavors we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of customer service.  If you receive a product that is damaged, please send an email to support@bullcityflavors.com.  Please reference your order number with the email. You must notify us of the issue within 14 days of receipt.  For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for any liquid products.  We always welcome feedback from our customers, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns.
