Gummy Candy

 

Dose: One teaspoon of flavoring per three to three and a half cups of granulated sugar or granulated sugar/syrup mixture.

Process: After heating your candy mixture to your desired temperature allow the mixture to cool to 275°F/135°C before adding flavoring or coloring for the best result.
