Not bad for first test as flavor enhancer.

Great smell, so I used it to enhance a coffee flavored recipe. I didn't use a lot so I didn't notice the alcohol smell that other's have noticed. I'd use it again in most of my recipes, just not necessarily my favorite.

...it's high quality. It's hard to rate according to personal taste. The taste is quite pleasing and unique.

    Nutvarian cream?

Posted by Fog Walker on 9th Sep 2016

I like to stay low in my percentages. High or low, no matter what it has this dry nutty front to it that causes at least me to focus on that, and taste no cream really at all. It's not favorable either on that end. However it can have it's uses. The front of its taste could be hidden into other nutty profiles or cereals, probably tobacco because why not. Don't stick to the norm. This benefits mouth feel of maybe adding grain and air. Using it paired with bakery and creams I found to be a bit less useful. At 2% and up it has given mixes this weird taste which again either caused focus on that odd front or mute others. Some recommend staying at a low .5 TFA and LA hold the throne on this one for me.
