good
I like this bavarian cream. it tastes like it smells. Very rich with vanilla tones and a deepness I can't really describe. Almost like the husk you get from cereal flavors. Has a great bakery taste. I use this as a accent to my tfa bavarian cream and it adds a great boost. I started using this in a recipe I already had mixed up. I added 3 drops per 10ml and it really gave it a deeper taste. Especially on the back half. Never used as a stand alone or singular cream in a recipe yet but I plan to. I'd recommend it to others.

horrible after taste
This flavoring has a horrible alcohol taste in it. I emailed BCF and they told me that it's normal. That they had others report this harsh alcohol taste.

Bavarian Cream by Capella
Capella's Bavarian isn't my first choice. LorAnn's holds that place for Bavarian Cream. But then, Capella's is about $13. LorAnn's is $24! Capella's Bavarian Cream is a very close runner-up. It works great in my mixes and as a stand alone, it offers a smooth creamy vanillaish flavor. I mix it at 10% as a stand alone. In my mixes, 3%-8% depending on what I am looking for in the final product. I steep this for atleast 10 days, longer is better. Of the 3 most common flavor houses, TFA, FW and Cap. Capella's Bavarian Cream stands at the front of the line.

GOOD??
I think this one will be good. I have some steeping in a recipe now. Initial tasting was pretty good. Should be good in about a week. We'll see!
