This is OUTSTANDING , absolutely delicious , much better than the V1 version.

Missing something
Been playing around with this a while now and has a weird plastic like taste by itself over 5%. Below 5% it's not as bad but it falls short on the cupcake flavor. To me it's more of a frosting taste. There's way better flavors out there that don't need added flavoring. Very disappointed with this one and now I'm stuck with a 4 oz bottle of this. DX vanilla cupcake much better or the original Capella vanilla cupcake. Don't wast your money on this folks

Good version 2 Acetoin, & Acetyl Propionyl Free
As stated above, that is stated on the bottle of this 2nd version of Van. Cupcake. I used about 2/3 of the v1 bottle I had before I saw Cap had redone this flavoring. I am currently mixing a Strawberry Cupcake at 4% Van. Cupcake v2, 1% Strawberry (FA), and 0.5% Vanilla Classic (FA), with around 0.2% Ethyl Maltol. I would let it steep a few nights, but this version needs MUCH much less time than the other to make the pepper taste dissipate.
