Don’t like the stievia tast plays good as a cherry supporter but not a single flavor has to steep for a while to tame that taste some

I have to use this at 5% for a cherry cheesecake.it plays a good supporting roll I need to find a stinger cherry to ad to it so inaw cherries is in the cart to try maybe some fa to try also just trying to figure flavors out .
