OMG, A HIDDEN GEM.
I have had this flavor seemingly forever but never even tried it for some reason , what a mistake that was. This taste nice and creamy like a true vanilla custard. Absolutely delicious.

Buy this if you taste pepper in ice creams or CAP Vanilla Custard!
Finally! A vanilla cream I can enjoy. I love this flavor. Maybe it doesn’t have quite as much body as TFA Vanilla Bean ice cream or CAP’s but both of those give me weird, gross off-notes these days, and CAP vanilla custard tastes like pepper, so I’ve been searching for a sub and finally I found one! This still has plenty of body and no off-notes. Buy this flavor

Good sub
I got this to sub for vanilla custard and vanilla bean ice cream. It is "lighter"? Custards and ice creams feel heavy and leave an unpleasant after taste to me. Also, the need for steeping is greatly reduced. I have not tried it a single flavor yet, so I can't comment on taste. It just adds a light creamy body to mixes. Will be getting the big bottle soon.

Great ice cream that isnt too rich.
Like the title says I like this one because it isn't as rich as say, TFA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. The flavor is a nice mild cream with some vanilla. It's a nice mixer and I don't feel it needs to steep to long because I pre steep using a little heat. Little heat goes a long way with flavors. The whole, "steep for a week" thing is often unnecessary. Ain't nobody got time for that.

well worth trying
I tried this while searching for alternatives to custard in some mixes and it turned out to be an all time favorite. Smoother and more genuine than all the vanilla ice creams I've tried and not overly rich and heavy like a lot of custards or Bavarian creams. Goes great as a backbone for cereals, with fruits instead of - or with - custards and obviously for ice cream mixes. Or my favorite these days with peanut butter, meringue, vanilla cupcake and a touch of graham cracker.

goto vanilla
this is a very good smooth vanilla, my substitute for cap vanilla custard.

for a custard you dont want to steep
adds body and depth to recipes. it gives that "steeped" feeling to juice with out having to steep it. buy a 4ouncer right away, you wont be sorry!!
