This is a fair strawberry flavoring in an endless sea of strawberry flavorings.... This is a must, in large quantity, for any flavor artist or beginners go to kit... I use this flavoring regularly and I really like it...Of course there is always going to be another strawberry flavoring out there? But, you should start your collection out with a bottle of Capella Sweet Strawberry and you won't be disappointed!

Sweet, artificial-jammy, maltol based strawberry. If that's what you're looking for, this one is the best.
