Undiluted concentrated flavoring from The Flavor Apprentice (TFA). A light cream, very useful for blending with other ingredients. This is called sweet cream, but it is not really that sweet, it can lend an all-around milky character to other ingredients.
This is concentrated flavoring and must be diluted before use!
