Spot on flavor

This became a staple of my first few homemade recipe experiments. It's really good at making flavors that taste like store-bought cookies. With almost no effort I immediately made something that tasted just like Vienna Fingers, and it's my go-to.

Brings the "body" to any party; great for recipes that aren't even bakeries, necessarily, but of course, key for those, too. I use this in about 70% of the recipes I mix, whether they're my recipes or not, and it's never once poked it's head up in any unpleasant way. This flavor plays so well with others. Trust me, you're gonna' need a bigger bottle.

I was late to the Sugar Cookie train but OMG this flavor is outstanding. It's much more versatile than you may think. I can add to to lemonade and it's amazing. It's sweet, no off-notes that I get with other cookies (cough FA) and has a bit of denseness to it. 1-2%

All I can say about this flavor is WOW! On it's own you get a very authentic, sweet sugar cookie that doesn't require a ton of help to exist in a mix, but it definitely shines with a little extra boosting. Pairing with FA Cookie at a low percent (0.5%), is a great way to achieve a very authentic cookie type of mouthfeel and flavor. Pairs well with cinnamons, certain fruits, vanillas and so many other type of profiles. This is a great flavoring to use as either a top note, secondary ingredient, or an accent. I use this ingredient, along with FA Cookie, in so many of my recipes. This one gives more of a melty, buttery, crumbly sugar cookie taste while FA Cookie gives you a plain, crunchy store bought flavor. This can be used to create either a nice sugar cookie, or to accent other bakery bases to give a fuller experience. You can also use this at a low percentage to accent a cream base to give a fuller experience and an extra dimension of flavor, though I do prefer using FA Cookie for this in most situations.

Sugar cookie is so delicious with so many different recipes because its sweet, smooth and tastes n smells just like a cookie. It blends well with vanilla bean ice cream and many other creams n custards.
