STRAWBERRY-TFA
This is just a generic strawberry flavor, you have to have atleast one and then add to it, this is perfect as a start for any good strawberry recipe.

TFA SB
This is an alright strawberry. It goes great with sweet SB (cap) I use this at 3% to 4% sweet SB to make a nice bright SB. I use this is a cereal mix, with fruit circles and my cereal milk base. Another good one to have in a stash. Good with custards and creams but I feel like it could get lost on its own in a mix.

It's my go to
I am one of those people that have a hard time tasting strawberry. I jumped on the sweet strawberry and strawberry ripe band wagon right at the get go. It has taken several years to figure out that this is my go to. I actually can taste this strawberry. It's my number 1. FA strawberry is number 2. Wish I would have figured it out sooner because I have a lot of the other two.

Candy note?
Harsh at high percentage

Good base strawberry
I am giving it 4 stars because I have to mix it with other strawberries for best results. I usually mix this with TFA-Strawberry Ripe or a couple of other strawberry flavors to get a more accurate strawberry. Frankly there is not a single strawberry that I have found that I would use solo though. It depends on the strawberry profile you are trying for but this is a nice medium, not super ripe or overly sweet strawberry.

Good for mixing with other flavors
I didn't get much with this as a single mix, but it improved my single mix of Strawberry TFA Ripe.

Very Great, Very Bright, Very Authentic!
This is a great strawberry flavoring that pairs well with practically all strawberries, as well as many other fruits. There is a great level of authenticity with this, and on it's own seems even too bright for my personal taste; however, others may enjoy this. When using the flavor as the top note in a recipe, I like to pair it with TFA Strawberry Ripe to add a smoother, and creamier profile. However, if an authentic, juicy, bright strawberry is your goal, this is a definitely a great option for you. Personally, I prefer FA Red Touch for a more authentic strawberry, but this one is still amazing. There are also many other great uses for this particular strawberry. When using CAP Sweet Strawberry, or TFA Strawberry Ripe as the top note in your mix, accenting with this flavor with allow the flavor to stay at the top of the mix and not be overpowered by your cream base as easily. Definitely a must have ingredient, especially for those that enjoy strawberry profiles.
