Great Place to buy flavoring
Bull City is my concentrate juice shop. Good selection, fast shipping on juice. Only beef is I wish they had more empty bottle selections and the deal not selling NIC is stupid. But that is what happens when you let Northern Liberals that screwed up their state to move into yours and bring their nanny panzy BS with them.

Fairly mild
Stronger than seven leaf but still fairly mild. I made my stand alone at 5% and then add to other flavors like vanilla and or cherry.

Incredibly strong
I'll preface this by saying tobacco flavors aren't my favorite. That being said, this flavor is pretty good. There's a lot of potential in the sweet, complex flavor of RY4 Double. My favorite ADV for the past year and a half has a bit of RY4 hiding in it, so I decided to try to clone it. On my first two attempts, I realized how powerful the RY4 Double is. At 5% (as part of a multi flavor mix), it ruled over the juice with extreme prejudice and an iron fist. At 3% (in that same juice), it became much better. If you're into RY4, this is a great place to start. If you aren't super into it, but think it adds well to certain flavors, beware it's potency.

Very Good
This is a very tasty RY4 right after mixing and gets better after steeping a couple weeks

best for a sweet tobacco flavor
I bought this bc I was wanting a lighter and sweeter tobacco flavor. I have ought two four oz bottles and will keep this mixed up always at 10% with 5% caramel and 5 % em. So good!!!!!

This is the RY4 you're looking for
I was looking to clone a local shops RY4 and I'll be damned if this isn't almost spot on solo. I've had it at 5% and found it too subtle, honed in at 7% being perfect for me. I like to add 3% caramel and 3% vienna cream and WOW. Even better than my local shop. Does take a couple weeks of steeping to really develop.

This is my first time dealing with a tobacco flavor and I made a nice sweet caramel tobacco flavor and now is my adv. With the caramel I don't have to steep it and it's great to me. My order from bull city came quick and they have great products..... Thank u bull city
