Shipping Discounts & Free Shipping (Continental US)
We offer a tiered discount program for domestic orders within the Lower 48 States. These discounts are automatically applied at checkout and can be combined with other promotional coupons.

Domestic Shipping Details
We ship to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Processing Times
- Standard: Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days.
- Peak Periods: Processing may take up to 2-3 business days during high-volume periods.
- Origin: All orders ship from our facility in Morrisville, North Carolina.
Restricted Items (Ground Only)
Per DOT safety regulations, flavors with specific flashpoints must be shipped via Ground services only.
- If your order contains a restricted item, your shipping methods will default to Ground.
- Note: Tiered shipping discounts still apply to Ground restricted orders, provided the cart does not contain the excluded bulk items listed above.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- USPS Ground Advantage: 7–15 business days (Most cost-effective).
- USPS Priority Mail: 3–6 business days.
- FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: 1–7 business days.
- FedEx 2Day: 2 business days.
- FedEx Standard Overnight: Next business day.
International Shipping
We ship to: Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, and the United Kingdom.
- Duties & Taxes: We do not collect duties or taxes. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and compliance with local laws.
- Restrictions: We cannot ship to international P.O. Boxes. Shipping discounts and free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
- Returns: If a package is returned, we refund the product cost only.
- Invoices: We will not modify invoices or labels; all items are declared at full value.
Delayed, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but once the package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over it. In the event of a problem, please contact support@bullcityflavors.com, and we can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
