Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.  For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any liquid food products.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@bullcityflavors.com within 30 days of receipt. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a free return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
