Flavoring for Popcorn Glaze

Highly Concentrated Flavoring for Popcorn Glaze (3 to 4 times stronger than extracts)

Dose: Start with ¼ teaspoon of flavoring per bag (3.29 ounces) of popcorn kernels.

Process: Add flavoring after you have combined your butter and sugar mixture and the mixture has cooled to 250°F/121°C.
