Flavoring for Candy

Highly Concentrated Flavoring for Candy (3 to 4 times stronger than extracts)

Dose: One teaspoon of flavoring per 3 to 3½ cups of granulated sugar or granulated sugar/syrup mixture.
Process: After heating your candy mixture to your desired temperature, allow the mixture to cool to 275°F/135°C before adding flavoring or coloring for the best result.
