    lemon. Sicily

Posted by Matthew Page on 6th Apr 2021

lemon. Sicily Can be a little tricky, a bit strong but it absolutely puts a kick to my lemon meringue pie recipe, I think you’ll enjoy it because I certainly did, another kick ass flavor additive from Bull city

Oh em gee, thank goodness for lemon Sicily!

Posted by Candice McClellan on 5th Feb 2018

I loved this! It's a good alternative to sour flavor. I used this, instead of sour flavor, in my mango/papaya recipe and I didn't regret it! I also made some lemon cupcakes and used this flavor in it, they were amazing!

    Nice Bright Lemon

Posted by Dan the Man on 4th Jul 2017

This my favorite lemon because it is light and bright and natural tasting to me. I do not get a "lemon pledge" taste, and to me that is a wonderful thing.

Finally a lemon that tastes realistic

Ive tried a few lemons and either they tasted synthetic, blah, bitter or like candy. This is nice on its own and especially great in the bakery types.

    Nice sharp lemon

Good for a nice sharp lemon flavor. Also use a .25%-.50% in fruity mixes to make fruit flavors pop.
