It's ok
It's OK but works best in lemon meringue pie. I tried to mix it with inw lemon cake but didn't work well

I loved this! It's a good alternative to sour flavor. I used this, instead of sour flavor, in my mango/papaya recipe and I didn't regret it! I also made some lemon cupcakes and used this flavor in it, they were amazing!

Nice Bright Lemon
This my favorite lemon because it is light and bright and natural tasting to me. I do not get a "lemon pledge" taste, and to me that is a wonderful thing.

Finally a lemon that tastes realistic
Ive tried a few lemons and either they tasted synthetic, blah, bitter or like candy. This is nice on its own and especially great in the bakery types.
