Its pretty realistic
Ive only used it in 1 recipe so far, and it was awesome for a few hours until i got tired of it. Its a bright flavor, and its stronger than it seems at first. Ill probably use this as an accent rather then the dominant flavor next time.

True bourbon
Strong if not blended correctly. Goes great with yeasty recipes and creams. This is a staple back note to my birthday party recipe.

excellent bourbon
My first bourbon flavor and it did not disappoint. I dont think ill ever go over 5% on anythibg though. Will be using in alot of mixes!

Probably the best in it's class
It's a bourbon that's sat over night and melted all its ice cubes. True to taste, a bit weaker than might be expected though. Not super good, but a bit better than any other whiskey/bourbon taste.

smells like a bar
Good classic Kentucky Bourbon flavor. Not whiskey, not scotch, no alcohol flavor. not sour mash, not rye just Kentucky Bourbon Strong, use responsibly Get a DD (Designated Dripper) because it'll linger and overpower a lot of stuff.

Smooth and rich
This Kentucky Bourbon is smooth, rich, creamy, strong! It don't take much! I love it alone and use it snv....But if you let it steep...it just gets better with age! I also like this with a small percentage of Brown sugar! This is my adv and have been using as my main flavor for the last year now! It's that good!

Yup, tastes like bourbon!
I am a bourbon drinker, this tastes like bourbon - not artificial, the real deal. I've tried it in some recipes and have not been pleased but others are amazing. And yes, this is perfect for the clone everyone buys it for.

Not really a whiskey fan.
But if you are looking for the bourbon profile used in Castle Long. Look no further. This nails it.
