    TFAs Sweet Condensed Milk

Posted by Liquid Antlers on 2nd Feb 2017

To me this is rfas version of condensed milk, or milk cultures, and not in a bad way. No where near as condensed or strong as FA. It has several uses at 3% and lower. Try pairing with tfa Greek yogurt and or fruits at low percentages. Very dense milk but can overtake fragile flavors.

    Great, just a tad weak

Posted by Bryce Artrip on 8th Dec 2016

In a mix i use it at like 8%. Not a ton of room for other flavors. I use flavour arts fresh cream instead, which smells like the freshest authentic milk at 2-4%.

    Never done wrong

Posted by Jim B on 17th Sep 2016

Good milky flavor. Not sour milk, not super fresh milk. But don't confuse it with cream or butter or as a sweetener. Good to blend with creams to help the dairy factor. Almost necessary for cereals.
