Hands Down the Best Cranberry Flavor!
This one isn't perfectly a raw cranberry but also I doubt many people are really wanting that. I personally dig raw cranberries (I'm weird I know) but that's not what I want from a cranberry flavor. I want it to have the taste of either Diet Cranberry Ocean Spray (no added apple or grape juice) or raw cranberry juice that's been diluted and sweetened and this flavor nails the Diet Cranberry from Ocean Spray. It's not crazy bitter like a raw cranberry but it is tart with some sweetness to it. It tastes like cranberry juice without the added other fruit juices. It works pretty much wherever you need a cranberry. Bakery, drink, cream, dessert whatever this will probably fit the bill. I don't get any off notes to this, no spice, no aspartame, no bitterness just cranberry juice. It needs some added sweetener but that's about the only issue I can find with this one.

Not exactly cranberry
Not really cranberry but not bad. Had a cinnamon-like spiciness to it. Might still be able to force into a cranberry style recipe but isn't authentic. Provides body/base. Likely better in a "Holidays" recipe than a pure (or even sweetened juice) cranberry.

A Drop or Two Will Do Ya!
Flavorah Cranberry is true to it's name. Mixes well with simple, non-spicey bakery bases, creams and custards but it's perfect use, even for those not wild about cranberries, is in taking other berry & citrus flavors to a whole new level of perfection. I usually just add a drop or two to give the aforemention fruit bases just the right boost. Keep it on hand. Your taste buds will thank you for it!
