Cookie Premium
2% Cookie premium Think of this as the cookie version of custard premium. It’s buttery, and has the crunch like FA cookie. Gives a very nice mouthfeel, and plays well with regular cookie. It creates a dense texture. I use custard premium a lot, I’ll also use this a lot. I don’t use higher than 1.50% but you could probably go as high as 2% but that might be a waste. 1.5% seems good. Start at .5% and raise as you need to. I get a slight BA note, but it’s definitely not baby vomit. Let this one steep a bit as it grows.

Inspiring
I have tried a lot of flavors, but few have inspired me like this one. This is the first time I’ve tried a flavor and thought, what else can I make, over and over. Now granted that’s based on my personal taste and I realize that some people might not like this flavor. It’s very rich.
