Definitely needed if you’re a bakery mixer. It’ll add texture/crunch to another cookie, or browned edge to a cake. Not a solo. I’d not suggest using above 1.25% in a mix . It’s a must have for me as it’s in my daily mix

This one is the best, it's so good and just the yummiest flavor I've found, I mix this into so many different recipes, it's the reason I fell in love with this brand of flavoring. I'll always come back for more. Smooth perfect cookie flavor. Add a bit of chocolate and you get a darn good chocolate chip cookie, or add it to butterscotch or caramel for a perfect butterscotch/caramel cookie. Yum!

This is one of my must have flavors. It plays well with other flavors. Make sure you have this one.

This is my favorite, my taste buds are the ones where most bakery, vanilla, and custards taste like prime times or incense to me, but with this I get buttery bakery almost creamy notes with this. Good stuff.
