Tart, sweet, and punchy RB layered in a creamery
Loved this one out of the gate, as it was a great profile. RB was tart, sweet, and punchy. The cream/creamy-ness in this one however seemed to be relatively lower in comparison to all of the previously tested. Again, the flavor was actually very good, but not as much creamy-ness. Clearly the RB was tempered by some cream. Sweetness about mid-level, and no off-notes. Could still be easily sold as is, but if there was a "Cream Series", this one might stand out as not quite as creamy. Flavor wise, I'd rate it very high at a 9.5/10, but in comparison to the other creamier flavors in this series, I'd drop it down to **7/10**. Love the tart, red RB profile in this one.
