This a must have flavor for me!! It isn't tart and it isn't too sweet, it is just right. I used it to make my strawberry milk juice.

There is nothing out there to touch this strawberry. It smells and tastes wonderful. It has to be the first flavor to buy for any "first time" DIY'er. Mix 6% ripe strawberry with 3% sweet strawberry by Capella to make it even better.

Excellent authentic strawberry.
Do not listen to the negative reviews. They either have no mixing ability or have seriously insufficient taste buds. This is an authentic strawberry. Excellent for dessert recipes. This also plays well with CAP Sweet Strawberry in adding a realistic strawberry flavor in addition to the very candy-like Sweet Strawberry. This is a must have flavor.
