So versatile!
It compliments fruit and baked juices really well. I haven't tried it as a stand alone but it's great to add a creamy flavor to whatever. Mixed <5% to really anything and it just give a great taste and aroma. I really like it in my straw banana mix.

Light vs Dark
I like to explain the two bavarian cream version's as so: regular is darker, deeper and caramelized tasting while still being thin from higher water content. Dx is lighter, brighter and sweeter however breadier from a higher cyclotene content. Both are great and can be used in various applications.
