Toasted Marshmallow is Fantastic
This needs to be in everyone’s collection.

Just like camping
This is a great way to add flavor and fullness to your recipes. It is exactly as it says, toast marshmallow.

Slightly Disappointed
I was hoping this would be more of a golden brown flavor but it is actually darker than that. The sweetness level was about right...not overly sweet. I think this might have a place as a way to temper some overly sweet recipes but that's about it. A good brown sugar would do the same.

Best toasted marshmallow on BCF
I've tried Torani's toasted marshmallow syrup and that just tastes/smells like burnt caramel. Similarly, Flavor West's toasted marshmallow flavor smells similar to burnt caramel with little marshmallow flavor/aroma. TFA's toasted marshmallow does indeed have a marshmallow aspect (rather than caramel) but lacks a little bit of the toasted part. Perhaps I would do 10-20% FW and 80-90% TFA as a combination. For use in sugar syrups I would recommend 0.03-0.1%.

FAVORITE!
This is my go-to for almost every recipe I make, tastes just like the real thing!

A must have!
I had all the marshmallows but this and now I'm regretting not getting this earlier . Gives a great caramelized sugar taste or browned edges to cookies and cakes . A most have for anyone.

Great Flavor
Tastes as stated. Very good with bakery and pastry flavors.

campfire delight
Taste exactly like it says. You get the marshmallow sweetness with just a hint of the char on the end.

pretty good flavor
I use this often when plain marshmallow just won't do. It adds a little caramely burnt sugar type marshmallow flavor to my bakery mixes. I use in fairly low amounts (percentages) But this is a must have in your flavor arsenal.
