Sweet & Creamy
I love this flavor. It adds a touch of creamy sweetness to mixes. I do not use it as the main note and I keep it around 1% but I keep finding excuses to use it. It is somewhere between heavy cream and caramel. It would go excellent in creams, ice cream, maybe even a tobacco. I have used it with a brandy and bourbon cocktail to sweeten it up a bit and give that "coat your mouth" feeling.

strong
Strong stuff. Used 2% in a custard recipe I made. At two weeks the smell is still strong. But flavor-wise is fitting into the mix nicely. But still I wouldn't be too heavy handed with this one. Had a couple friends stop by and try it. Both gave it thumbs up. Can't wait for a couple more weeks too pass!! Give it a shot if you want.
