Not a sweet peppermint, but that candy peppermint flavor. A bit sweet but can blend like the herb.

It is exactly what it says it is... candy cane. Great as a stand alone or in a mix. I tend to use it instead of peppermint for most of my juices. I have already purchased again and will continue to purchase this one.
