    Juicy fruit

May go well with cola. It’s not the cactus I or you cane to expect

    Aloe Juice Anyone?

Posted by Kevin Carrillo on 9th Mar 2018

So I heeded the advice on other comments here and have not added more than .5% to my mix to try and add some juiciness to my fruit mix. Now, maybe I haven't given it enough steep time to mellow out (3 days) but it turns all my flavors into aloe juice flavored. Maybe with hints of the original fruit. Not a bad flavor but crazy strong. I'd recommend starting with even less, .25% or just a few drops.

    Great additive

Mixed at a low percentage and it made an ok mix really ok. It pushed the other flavors up and it added that missing note.

    Not so juicy

Posted by Christopher Marshall on 18th Jun 2017

Tried 0.5% in a blueberry custard (5 drops in 50 ml) and after a week I get floral notes. It does remind me of a succulent like a cactus or aloe. I'm going to try it with some kiwi and coconut as it would seem a good possibility for enhancing and rounding out tropical flavors. Not recommended for fruity custards.

    Tastes just like prickly pear

Posted by Unknown on 24th Apr 2017

Tastes just like the real thing, kind of like dragon fruit without the creamy note. At 1% it is smooth, and at 2% it is a little harsh. It is very fruity and tasty. It goes great with Inawera Cherries.

    Tastes like Aloe drink

Posted by Chris on 28th Mar 2017

Tastes like aloe by itself, but really shines with other fruit flavors. Like other INW flavors, this is strong, so use at small percentages. To make other fruit pop, we are talking around 1% or even lower. Adds a nice wet feel to your juices.

    must have

If this isn't in your collection, buy it. Buy it now. It gives a recipe a helping hand by adding an element that works really well with most fruit flavors.

    JUICY

Posted by Andrew on 13th Mar 2017

This is an amazing flavor! It completely enhances fruits to be much juicier, and adds a bit of sweetness. Beware: if you use more than 1%, it will totally take over the recipe. It also has a slight floral quality when used more than .5%. Overall: a very unique and tasty flavor.

    Stellar Additive/Enhancer

Posted by JK on 9th Mar 2017

After struggling to get the vibrancy I was looking for in my melon mixes this made all the difference. It is a strange flavor by itself but has a lot of depth, natural sweetness and juiciness. When mixed at a low percentage .1/2-1 1/2% with melons it makes an otherwise flat mix pop-adding a lot of vibrancy and a juicy mouth feel that draws you back to it. It can certainly play with other fruits but it does have some earthy notes that may not pair well with things like strawberry. It is a powerful tool to have in your box of tricks.
