    Off putting smell/flavor.

I bought this in an attempt to add a bit of a cinnamon blueberry note to my favorite blueberry dessert recipes. At .75% BCC to 4.5% blueberry (extra) it completely took over my blueberry cheesecake. Not a bad flavor, but it has a weird flavor that you smell and taste very distinctly.

    Not What I Was Expecting...

Thought this would taste smooth, sweet, and resemble blueberry crumble pie or something.. lots of positive reviews, right?!

To me, the Cinnamon is the predominant flavor. And it's the spicy/sweet cinnamon that resembles redhots or cinnamon mike n Ike's. The blueberry is faint in the background and tastes more like a candy than the actual fruit. Not much pie, Graham or crumble taste to it. Again, worth mentioning the "Candy" notes i taste instead of "Pastry".

Maybe i need to steep it longer. I will play with it more in mixes. I'm currently vaping it standalone at 10% after two days including hot water steep. Not too pleased tho.

BCV Rock Tho. Thanks for the free stickers!

I find this a very good blueberry although I do spice it up with an additional blueberry that is a little tart to make it like I like to use it.

Overall. very good... get some.. you will like it!

I do like this one, and I add some wild blueberry and sweet cream to it in my is a nice, rich dessert flavor with a cinnamon accent, I let it cure/age/blend a couple of days to a week.

    very weak flavor

Posted by Unknown on 27th May 2015

I saw the reviews and said why not. The flavor is so weak, mostly blueberry stands out no matter what % you use.

I've had great success with other capella flavorings, for Christ sake the chocolate glazed donut flavoring was way better then this

I mixed this at 8 10 12 15 and 18% and never liked any of them. They all steeped for a week and I'm disappointed.

To each their own, taste is subjective but I couldn't do anything with this. I mixed with vanilla swirl, cinnamon danish swirl, vanilla custard and sugar cookie and was let down.
