Recipe - Rose Lychee Spritz
Delicate and romantic — rose meets lychee in a sparkling sip that feels like a garden in a glass.
Ingredients
- 3 fl oz lychee juice
- 1/2 fl oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 fl oz simple syrup
- 2 ml (approx. 40 drops) Rose flavoring — FA (included in the BCF Floral Pack)
- 4 fl oz sparkling water or club soda
- Ice
- Dried rose petal or lychee, for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine lychee juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and Rose flavoring over ice.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Garnish with a dried rose petal or lychee and serve immediately.
Start with 20 drops of Rose flavoring and adjust to taste — it's concentrated and goes a long way. For a beautiful blush pink color, add a small splash of cranberry juice.
About the Flavoring
This recipe uses Rose Flavoring (FA), part of the Bull City Flavors Floral Pack. Our Rose concentrate delivers a true-to-petal floral note — not too perfumey, not too sweet — that pairs beautifully with the light, tropical sweetness of lychee. A little goes a long way, so start small and build to your taste.
The Floral Pack is a favorite among mixologists and home crafters looking to add something unexpected and elegant to their creations. Rose works beautifully in sparkling drinks, mocktails, simple syrups, and even baked goods.

Mixed this exactly as written, and it’s a banger right out of the gate! Super refreshing, well balanced, and incredibly flavorful. It’s especially nice to find such a delicious recipe that doesn’t include alcohol. Definitely a 10 out of 5 stars!
