Sip Something New

Flavor combinations to elevate your water, sparkling drinks, and mocktails — with just a drop or two.

Plain water does the job, but it doesn't have to be boring. Whether you're looking to make hydration a little more enjoyable, craft a unique mocktail, or add something special to sparkling water or iced tea, flavoring concentrates open up a world of creative possibilities.

At Bull City Flavors, every concentrate we carry is designed for use in food and beverages, so you can mix and experiment with confidence. Here are some of our favorite combinations to inspire you.

Citrus + Mint

A squeeze of lemon or lime flavor paired with a hint of spearmint makes for a drink that feels fresh and clean — great in still water, sparkling water, or a simple lemonade base. Try our Lemon or Lime concentrates with a touch of Spearmint.

Cucumber + Mint

Subtle, cool, and refreshing — perfect for anyone who wants flavor without sweetness. The kind of drink you'd find at a wellness café. Our Cucumber flavoring pairs naturally with any of our Mint options.

Raspberry + Lemon

Bright, a little tart, and full of flavor — this combination works in everything from water to lemonade to homemade sports drinks. Browse our Raspberry and Lemon collections.

Mango + Passionfruit

Mango brings the sweetness and body; passionfruit brings a bright, slightly floral edge. Add both to still or sparkling water for something that tastes like a vacation. Find them in our Mango and Passionfruit collections.

Dragon Fruit + Lemon

Dragonfruit is mild and slightly sweet, so it benefits from a flavor that adds brightness. Lemon lifts it perfectly and gives the combination a clean, refreshing edge. Start with our Dragon Fruit and Lemon collections.

Dragon Fruit + Coconut

Dragonfruit and coconut together create a smooth, lightly exotic drink that feels more like a mocktail than flavored water. Great over ice with sparkling water. Browse our Dragon Fruit and Coconut options.

Yuzu + Honey

For a softer take, yuzu and honey balance each other beautifully. Lovely in hot or cold water, and especially nice stirred into green tea. Pair our Exotic Fruit yuzu options with something from our Honey collection.

Strawberry + Lemonade

You've seen this at every roadside stand for a reason — it works. Approachable, crowd-pleasing, and easy to customize. Check out our Strawberry and Lemonade options.

Black Currant + Mint

Black currant's deep, slightly tart berry flavor pairs beautifully with the coolness of mint — sophisticated and refreshing, the kind of drink you'd expect at a high-end spa. Find both in our Currant and Mint collections.

Black Currant + Lemon

A bright, berry-forward quality similar to a European-style fruit drink. A small touch of something from our Sweeteners collection rounds it out beautifully. Start with our Currant and Lemon collections.

Watermelon + Lime

Light, juicy, and a little tart — the kind of drink that disappears fast at a backyard gathering. Our Watermelon concentrates are bright and true-to-fruit, and a small addition of Lime keeps it from being too sweet.

Cherry + Vanilla

Cherry and vanilla is a timeless pairing — think classic cherry cream soda, but lighter and fully in your control. Sweet, familiar, and a crowd-pleaser for all ages. Browse our Cherry and Vanilla collections.

Cherry + Lime

Cherry and lime give you something close to a cherry limeade — bright, a little playful, and very drinkable on a warm day. Our Cherry and Lime collections offer plenty of options.

A Few Tips for Mixing

Since our concentrates are highly concentrated, a little goes a long way in beverages — typically just a few drops per serving. Start small, taste as you go, and adjust to your preference. You can always add more, but it's harder to dial back once you've gone too far.

Also keep in mind that flavors in water behave a little differently than in baked goods or candy, so what reads as subtle in a recipe might feel more pronounced in a plain liquid base. That's part of the fun — there's always something new to discover.
