TFA Bavarian Cream
After using another brand For Weeks, I discovered TFA is slightly better even though it's cheaper.. So many different recipes go great with this. I switched 12 of my own recipes over to TFA.

Just Amazing!
This stuff must have been formed by Gandolf the Grey cus this stuff is straight magic! I use 6% BC with 5% fruit of choice, and 1% ethyl maltol for a creamy fruity paradise. Use FW Blueberry or TFA Strawberry Ripe as the fruit flavor for recipe perfection. This Bavarian Cream has the fluffy creamy balance that does the job where others can't.
