Way too soft
Def more of a banana cream (sundae) type. @ 15% and still way too soft. Easily overpowered by custards. TFA ripe banana many times better.

Capella banana is the best by far, smooth taste, not overwhelming and works well with other flavors.

I gave it a 5 bc its perfect for a Cap. However, I like mine sweeter. If you're a Cap fan then this is perfect!
