Nice accent
I have never eaten an actual cherry blossom but this does have a nice light cherry and floral taste. I would not use it solo but it is really yummy in mixes, especially with cookie type bases.

A Perfect Add
Cherry Blossom by TFA is one of my Must Haves. A little of this goes a long way. And it add something special to my Red Berry and Tropical Fruit mixes. In low ratios 0.25-1% Cherry Blossom will deliver a slight floral note and light cherry-ish aroma and flavor to mixes i mentioned earlier. If you want to make your Strawberry, Raspberry, Mango, Passion Fruit mixes a little different and bring up flavors and aroma. Give this a shot. I always have this in my mixing locker.

Well..... Okay
I have eaten cherry blossoms and this does not taste like them. It is a good flavor to add a light floral note to your mix.

Unusual but very nice
For me, Cherry Blossom is a perfect compliment to berry and other fruit flavors. I use small amounts, 0.25-1% with mixes that have red berries. It makes Dragon Fruit and Strawberry stand out in a very nice way. In my custard mixes, it comes around after a couple weeks in the steep cabinet. It doesn't leave a flowery or earthy tast, if you don't over do it. I can't discribe the flavor, but it's nice. And like I mentioned. A great compliment to berry mixes. Buy a 10ml bottle to see if it's something you like. Once I did, I bought 1oz and add it to a lot of my mixes. I really like this stuff
