Zeppola with a little sweet cream and vanilla bean gelato. Sweeten it with a touch of ethyl maltol just a dab. One of my favorites, steep about 5 days and perfect

Finally A Fried Doughnut No Play Dough
FA hit a home run! This is an excellent fried doughnut flavor. You can taste the fried part of the doughnut in this flavoring. It requires about two week steep. Zeppola has absolutely NONE of that play dough flavor I get from the others. Mixed with a little Bavarian cream maybe some custard a little classic vanilla and any fruit. The possibilities are endless with this flavoring

It is listed as Italian fried pastry/donut on FA site, and man are they on point. It is such a rich, deep, fried doughy flavor, but let me be clear, no odd yeasty flavor and no play doughy icky flavor. This is spot on. Perfect for pastry and donut recipes. My favorite recipe so far is my Zinger Cheesecake Cookies because it added the perfect amount of pastry. It reminds me of the pastry part of a turnover, that golden brown but buttery outer shell. So perfect.

This flavor has some extreme potential. This flavor has a distinct inside and outside. The outside is like the top of twinkies maybe a little deep fried. great fluffy inside. 5 all day!
