Exactly like I expected
It's a light fluffy type cream flavor with a very mild sweet finish. Like the Whipped cream out of the can. Mixes well with fruits for a very lightly sweet milk type finish.Makes ice cream mixes creamier without adding a lot more sweetness.Not a heavy thick sweet cream at all, but very nice.
