I am very dissapointed in this and the way the flavors come out ive tried mixing it from 5 all the way to 15 percent and i just dont like the flavor i get out of it even when mixed with others. Somethings just not right about it

A must have in your arsenal of concentrates!
I always keep this flavor in stock at home. It is included in so many recipes, I couldn't go without it & always order at least 4 oz. You can't go wrong with this one. Just as it is so with most Capella flavors, you don't need to use as much as you do with other brands. Capella has great flavors & is cost effective.

Classic, great flavor. Creamy, with a strong vanilla foreground.... midground... and background. Great for: Creams, (fruits n' creams, cream bases, baked goods) Bad for: ....................

Creamy vanilla goodness!
The more I use it, the more I love it. 10% stand-alone or 5 - 10% in a mix. It plays well with just about everything I've mixed it with.

just another great custard
Capella usually always succeeds at good things, and this one is no different. a great, true to its name CUSTARD. Definitely not the V1, but still a great flavor if you want custard but are avoiding any of the "bad stuff". Took some time to get used to, but when a good recipe is made with it, you won't ever look back on it.

A staple juice in my stash
I have this flavor in my stash at all times & make sure to order it when I am about 3/4 of the way through the bottle because I can't live without it. It adds a yummy, creamy, buttery flavor to mixes & can really make the difference between an "ok" mix to an "awesome" one. I haven't made a juice with just the custard in years, so I can't recommend a tried and true % to use if not mixing with other flavors. If mixed with other flavors, the % depends on what it is mixed with. I estimate my typical recipes range from 5-7%. I wouldn't recommend more than 10%.

A good thing made better for you
Capella is my favorite flavor manufacturer because they get it. When they find things in the flavors that aren't safe, they reformulate them without the bad stuff. Very respectable. With that said, this is a little different from V1, but still very tasty, none the less....
