Vanilla Custard Flavor-Cap

This is a must have for any mixer even if you do not intend on mixing any custard lol My next order of this will be much larger than the last Its that good. As far as percentages go that would depend on wether you were using as an aditional flavor or a main ingredient. As everyones tastes are subjective. :)

Can’t tell you how much I use this in my recipes. It is heaven in a bottle.

what's to say about CAP VC v1 that hasn't been said already? It's "the" vanilla custard for people who like custards. I use it in almost any juice. there are plenty of other custards and I use many of them but when I know ahead of time I want a clean smooth vanilla custard I reach for CAP.

This is exactly as the name implies and adds a very good vanilla / custardy taste. It also works fantastic as a cream. I used this at 3% with 5% white peach FA and 1% sweetener and it was to die for. If you're not looking for a custardy taste do not go for this flavor.

I used this trying to imitate a blueberry muffin. However, at 2% it overpowered pretty much everything except the cinnamon swirl danish CAP. Very heavy and delicious flavor. Maybe it's not as overpowering at 1%
