Mixes well with other cakes
I use this at 3% with 4% FW white cake, with a drop of lemon, for an angel food cake.

Yummy White Cake
This is a little different from TPA Vanilla Cupcake, in that it has a really nice cakey flavor going on, while TPA version is more of a Whipped vanilla icing with very minimal cake notes. I use this at 2% with Capella Vanilla Cupcake as my main Cupcake and they work really well together. I have yet to use this as a main cake flavoring, but love it as a supporting cake flavor.
