Novel flavor
I don't think I've had much real torrone candy apart from maybe the little pieces in Toblerone chocolate bars, but this seems accurate. It's a sweet tangy flavor, not really creamy or dairy, and is a good addition to my flavor drawer. I guess I could agree with the other reviewer that mentioned almond, honey and citrus, but it is hard to pinpoint those flavors. The flavoring is top notch, it's just a matter of whether you like this flavor. I like having it in my drawer but it wouldn't necessarily make my top ten.

A nice, unique flavor
This is one of the more unique flavors I've tried. Most say that it's almond, honey, lemon/citrus and maybe nougat. I don't have the greatest taste buds so I can't say that I pick up each one of those flavors. What I do get though is a very slightly sweet, kinda almondy with a hint of citrus (that hits me as orange at times-other times just citrus) flavor. There's some underlying flavor that seems to tie it all together. It may be honey, I have no clue. If the different descriptions you read about this one sound good to you, you'll probably like it. Seems like a good base for a confectionery type recipe. Definitely worth giving this a try.
