    Great Sweet Cream!

Love this and use it in almost all my mixes utilizing cream as an ingredient adds great creamy sweetness without being overly sweet, has a very good mouthfeel.

    Thick

A fair difference between CAP and TPA Sweet creams, although TPA gets the most common vote on most ELR/ATF recipes CAPs version is thicker and creamier by far. This is an excellent addition to NY Cheesecake when youre mixing up a custard / cream recipe. I think i might start using CAP's version over TPA a lot more as i love the creamy mouthfeel.

I'm one of the many who taste cheese

Posted by Unknown on 2nd Sep 2017

Definitely has a funky cheese/sour milk thing going on. It might be a demographic thing but judging off reviews of various creams from different companies, the creams taste cheesy to a large population.

    Sweet Cream

Light, sweet, creamy tasting flavor. Nice for sofenting fruit/nuts/yogurts, and adds extra body and sweetness to milky/smoothie/ice cream mixes.

    Great dairy flavor

Posted by Mike on 21st Jul 2017

I use it to add a milky note to my cereal vapes. It has a bit of "cheese" to it when it's fresh, but it steeps out in a few days.

I see why everyone uses this.

Pretty much a toned down NY Cheesecake with a little more sweetness and slightest Vanilla. Very good, rich cream.

    unexpected

I see the name sweet cream and I think of a liquid whipped cream BUT not this sweet cream at 3% with an ice cream and a fruit doesn't make a milkshake or ice cream its more like a smoothie. I get a very light sweetness with a frothy taste from it. Imagine taking 1 cup of whole milk and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and mixing together and frothing it. And while your doing it, it loses it refrigerated chill but not warm enough to be room temperature. Thats what I get out of it.
