Mixed at 1% just for that added sweetness. Might also add that Bull City is superb on ordering and delivery. Hands down the best place to order in the US.

I only mixed up one batch as a stand-alone at 5% so far, and it's still steeping. Definitely has a dairy flavor, but with a serious cheese/yogurt thing going on. I'll play with it some more, but so far it's not quite what I expected. As is, it would be great with fruits and cheesecakes.

This sweet cream is true to it's name and goes into almost all of my recipes. Nothing more needs to be said.

We use this for almost everything we make. I just wish y'all sold a bigger bottle!! ;)

I love this product, but for me, as it is concentrated, I used way too much and will have to add another order to really give it a finale evaluation. I can say it is very sweet, so do not make the same mistake I did and figure it is like other flavors I have used from other companies, and use past measurements. This stuff is strong, so I would suggest you use half of what you have used with past flavors, until you figure out what is right for you.

9/10 in my recipes. I always run out of it. Adds a really nice subtle cream to mixes. Must have and is a staple in my cabinet.

I use this flavor in a ton of bakery and cream recipe's. I like it around 3% in conjunction with other creams and vanilla flavorings. Mix at 3% w/ tfa Vanilla bean Ice Cream and add orange/strawberry/blueberry to get a simple fruit flavored ice cream
