Buttery Cookie
Been using it more and more and each time getting closer to a buttery cookie type profile. It's somewhat crispy without being overpowering. Pretty much leaves a soft fresh baked cookie aftertaste.

Another "Can't Live Without It" Ingredient!
This ingredient's versatility is no joke. Killer in bakery mixes, obviously, because depending on how you use it, it can easily become a cookie or a cake base, but I've even used it in low percentages to give a coffee the body/notes it needed! Exquisitely flexibe and incredibly tasty flavor!

Versatile Flavor
This flavor is a light fluffy sugar cookie. With it's light and fluffy feel it can be mixed with other cake and pastry flavors to add some depth to them. I use this flavor often, usually around 3% range.
