This is much much better than Strawberry Ripe which nobody seems to be able to taste and i can't taste it either at any percentage . Those Reddit guys ALWAYS get flavor reviews wrong.

Good taste, I've mixed a few type of strawberry concentrates but nothing hits like I want it. Everyone loves it for who I mix for...

    The best strawberry

I have tried a lot of strawberries and this one is the best by far. USE AT 5-7% in your recipes and you can't go wrong.

For me this is a case where reading forums and reviews can sometimes impede your search for good concentrates. Everyone raves about S. Ripe/Caps Sweet/Red Touch and I have them all. For my tastes this one is probably my favorite. It has that tang of the seeds on the outside of a strawberry that I don't pick up in any other strawberries. It is sweet, punchy and pretty bold which helps it hold up in mixes. It can get a slight waxy note but i feel it has plenty going for it to work around it.
