Strawberry Taffy Flavor-Cap

I really wish I could give this a better review but I just can't. I've been expanding my search to test out new strawberries(to me anyway) so I can gather all the strawberries needed to create the ultimate strawberry. Flavor experience. It pains me to say that this will not be a vital piece of the masterpiece. It was very weak even at higher percentages. It just would get lost, yes lost in it's own single flavor test. It was very muted and lacked any distinctiveness. Also not good in multiple flavor combo it added nothing to the party and therefore it is the weakest link goodbye.

This is like the number one ingredient I use now I was a strawberry taffy fan . between this and other asst. creams this changed my recipe making Fo Life! is a real deal taffy taste and it makes my mouth water when I smell it. Thanks BCF

I am one of those people that love anything strawberry, and this is one of my absolute favorite strawberry flavors. I tend to use it a bit higher in % than most, around 10-14%, no matter what it's place is in a recipe. It is more candy-ish than real fruit but it does have just enough of real fruit note to it that it works great, for me, even in bakery type mixes. If you are a fan of strawberry this is a must try.
