Sow-wa
This stuff, added to any fruit flavor just brings out a really nice tartness. Mixes very well with fruit/tropical punches and adds a nice sour note to recipes that need a little dumbing down on the sweet. My customers want this added to just about every juice we make. Good stuff, and a great place to buy it from.

The best blending flavor
The TFA Sour is the best blending flavor I've found. Works wonderfully when using very sweet flavors. About 0.5 to 1.0 ml in a 30ml bottle takes the overly sweet bite out of any juice. 5 stars!!!

Tang that's good
This adds a good sour note to anything. I had a Dragon Fruit, added a little of this and SO MUCH better. Made a Sour Pear variety and that was great too. Anything that a little sour is needed for, this is it.

Not sour enough, but it does change the flavor in that direction. never tried another product like this, but id buy it again unless i find something claiming to be more sour
