As someone else said this is a key ingredient with custard I use from 2% to 4% one of the best vanillas out there.

Best Straight-Up Vanilla
Inawera seems to lead the pack on true tasting concentrates. This is by far my favorite Vanilla. A really strong, rich vanilla. It is great for boosting vanilla flavors in custards or ice creams, but will act as a singular vanilla flavor if needed. This is the one to have if you love your vanilla flavors. Pairs beautifully with RY4 Double.

Perfect single flavor
I find this to be a perfect vanilla frosting. It's so good I feel a little disappointed that I'm not actually eating anything. It's that good! I've only tried it so far as a single flavoring, But it's easily the best single flavor sweet vanilla I've ever tried.
