Wow
I didn't even know I liked cinnamon this much. This has become one of my favorite flavors. Definitely needs to be diluted as suggested by others. A light hand with this is a must. Great in recipes and any other food application, especially a drop in the mourning rice crispies, yum.

Great flavor
Excellent flavor and strong as everyone has said so far. It is a bit like big red gum cinmamon, versus a pure cinnamon.

Dilute
Baked cinnamon. Super super super super super strong. I use a 50/50 blend and use 1 drop in my mixes to add a cinnamon note.

DILUTE
this flavor is extremely strong. I had to dilute this to 10% and add it to mixtures that way. Otherwise, even 1 drop in a 30ml bottle is going to dominate anything it's mixed with. That being said, it's a superb straight up bakery cinnamon. It's by far the best cinnamon flavoring. It's pricey but you could always split it with something and still have enough cinnamon for a lifetime
