    What a great flavor

Reminds me of the nice quince taste of Grandmas homemade quince jam, just a little less sweet. I really recommend to try this out!

    amazing sweet fruit

This fruit is amazing if you have ever had it. This flavoring adds a nice sweetness to any mix. A bit overwhelming and doesn't require a lot

    A handy flavor

It has a flavor like a pear with a hint of apple and sweet. I like it as a back note or to replace dragonfrute as a brighter for fruit mixes. and a sweetener. At 1 /2 % it is a great sweeter and back fruit note.At 5% it plays well with other fruits. At 8 / 10 it stands well on it's own.. I always keep it in the mixers kit..

    Quintessential Quince

Posted by Steven Themins on 6th Aug 2016

Quince to me is kind of like if a Pear and an Apple had a baby; they did a really good job of replicating this flavor. It is slightly sweet, VERY strong, not too sharp or harsh. I'd recommend keeping this one below 1%, even 0.5% can take over a mix. Mixes very well with apple, pear, pineapple, kiwi, creams -- very nice ingredient for your arsenal
